Bruce Campbell is the founder of Engage. Prior to starting Engage, he was Vice President of Corporate Solutions for the Boston office of Dale Carnegie Training. He was consistently one of their top sales producers internationally and a certified Dale Carnegie Training instructor.

Bruce works with companies and nonprofit organizations. In addition to the several dozen nonprofits he helps, Bruce's corporate clients include iProspect, a leading digital marketing agency, State Street Corporation, one of the world's most socially responsible companies, and Natixis Global Associates, one of the world's biggest money managers. In addition to providing high-level classroom learning, he delivers one-on-one executive coaching services to business and nonprofit leaders and salespeople. Bruce also consults with organizations to help them improve their culture and practice more strategic corporate corporate citizenship.

Bruce is a guest speaker at The Winston Center for Leadership and Ethics, part of Boston College's Carroll School of Management. He is also an informal adviser to two nonprofit organizations.

More important, Bruce is the Dad to three really cool kids, Abbey, Sam and Luke. He coaches their town basketball and baseball teams, and is very good at embarrassing them on the sidelines during their soccer games with his very loud cheering.

As a child Bruce endured two years of homelessness, which explains why his all-time favorite movie is The Pursuit of Happyness. Bruce is a Framingham State College graduate. Despite starting his freshman year with a 0.78 first-semester GPA, he rebounded to become an honorable mention Academic All-American Division III basketball player as the senior captain of a conference champion team that won 27 consecutive games.
