Engage was founded by Bruce Campbell in 2004. Before that he worked for Dale Carnegie Training as vice-president of corporate solution for their Boston office.
In 2008, during a meeting with two of Boston's most respected business and non-profit leaders, a question was asked. What if Engage created a leadership development program built around corporate citizenship, so business executives could develop their key people and help non-profits improve the performance of their key people? From that conversation came a completely new approach to socially responsible leadership.
