Engage’s programs are helping me become more effective at representing ESH, make contacts with new potential donors and build stronger relationships with existing donors. More specifically, it has enhanced my ability to speak more directly as to the issues confronting the ESH. |

Participating in Engage’s program has made me a more confident speaker and more persuasive when meeting with donors. |

Most non-profit board members we work with are: - Very passionate about the non-profits mission and work
- Very successful and very talented
- And very reluctant to participate in fundraising
If your board is reluctant to ask their friends, associates or other people of influence to support your organization, it is almost always for one of two reasons:
- They are comfortable with the concept of 'the ask' but have not had the opportunity to practice creating and delivering a message they can use consistently.
- They are not comfortable with the concept of the ask.
There are several ways we can help you with board development, including sessions that take place during or outside your regularly scheduled board meetings. Your board members will love the opportunity to create and deliver a more strategic message.
